Sitting up Straight
If you had someone tell you too often to sit up straight when you were young, this may not sound like an interesting exercise. But it can be both interesting and invigorating.
Focus on sitting straight by imagining a straight column of light or electricity running up your spine to your head. At first you might notice that you are slouching or that your shoulders are tilting in. Finding and focusing on the posture where you are really sitting in a naturally balanced upright position can bring a strong feeling of centeredness physically, emotionally and mentally.
