Holding and Releasing
Hold a peach quartz (or any other mineral you like) in each hand.
Clasp the stones with a mild pressure and feel your sensations of touch and your thoughts become more focused.
Release your grasp, still holding the stone, and feel a wave of relaxation and letting go.
Many conscious decisions can be made only through repeatedly grasping an idea or goal and then releasing that focus. If we consciously allow this cycle to rhythmically repeat itself, new aspects of the decision we are making become clear.
Repeat the above exercise firmly holding the stones in each hand while focusing on an idea, decision or goal and then relax your grasp on the stones along with the focus on your objective.
