How to set a focus before doing a meditaton.

Electric Lines

Warm a piece of quartz in the palm of your hand and then hold it in your fingers like a pointer. Imagine energetic lines connecting the mineral in your hand to the areas in your body that are painful or feel constricted or place the quartz on or in the vicinity of these areas. Feel the electrical qualities of the quartz loosen up the constriction in these areas.

Timing is essential because quartz is quite strong. It's important to be attentive and not work with it for too long.
